Courtesy of Kelley Edmiston. Photograph probably by David Wyckoff who comments:
Left to right: child of a near neighbour, Mrs. Emile Barnes, Narvella - a great granddaughter, now Narvella Chambers, who I still am in touch with (caught up with her post-Katrina, with help of Dave Brinks), Emile Barnes, great-granddaughter Evelyn, being supported by Barbara Reid. I think they are standing by Mr. Barnes’ then unfinished house at 3610 Louisa Street. I am certain the photo would be '51 or '52, by the appearance of Barbara and the children. I might have been there - often travelled to see the Barnes family with Barbara.'
